The Alliance at London Climate Action Week 2026

London Climate Action Week (LCAW) is one of the world’s largest independent climate events, taking place in London from 20 to 28 June this year.

Now in its eighth edition, LCAW hosts more than 750 events and engages over 75,000 participants across the city, from grassroots community gatherings and cultural events to major international conferences and high-level policy roundtables.

As a key moment in the global climate calendar, it sits between UN climate meetings and COP, helping shape climate diplomacy while driving real-world implementation. Hosted by E3G (Third Generation Environmentalism), LCAW harnesses the power of London as a global hub for climate solutions, connecting local action with international ambition and building momentum toward a net-zero, climate-resilient future.

Join the Alliance as we discuss the role of science and partnerships in building climate-proof food and land systems, culminating in a panel where we will present our new 2026–2030 Strategy.

The new Alliance Strategy at LCAW

Biodiversity isn't just good for the planet. It's good for business. Nine crops account for 70% of the world's food supply. That's not resilience, it is risk. In this session at Food Tank's Annual Chief Sustainability Officer and Food Systems Funders Summit, during LCAW, Stephanie Speck and Marcela Quintero talked about the Alliance's new Strategy publicly for the first time, making the case that biodiversity isn't a cost center, it's a competitive edge. The companies winning the next decade won't be the most "efficient"; they'll be the ones who treat nature as an asset, not an afterthought.
