Our Scientists Emeriti
In the combined 100-year history of the two organizations that came together to establish the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, our science was supported by many researchers, who dedicated their lives to transforming food systems. Those who demonstrated exceptional contributions to the Alliance's mission are recognized as Scientists Emeriti: they are people who acted as ambassadors for the Alliance, accelerated resource mobilization, mentored staff and students, advised on the Alliance strategy, and, principally, made exceptional contributions to the Alliance's research.
