Dennis Ong'or

Dennis Ong’or is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning professional at the Pan-Africa Bean Research Alliance (PABRA), part of the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT. His work focuses on strengthening evidence, learning and data systems to support effective agricultural research and development.

He has experience in results-based management, Theory of Change and results framework development, indicator design, data management, visualization and impact measurement. He works across multi-country programmes and with research, government, private-sector and development partners to strengthen the generation and use of evidence for decision-making and scaling agricultural innovations.

Dennis holds a MSc in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture and a BSc in Agribusiness. His academic and professional interests include food systems, agricultural development, digital monitoring and evaluation, and strengthening the use of evidence to inform decision-making, learning and scaling.
