The Alliance in the Green Zone at COP16
The 16th Conference of the Parties (CBD COP 16) to the UN Biodiversity Convention will take place in Cali, Colombia, from October 21 to November 1, 2024.
The Green Zone at COP16 is designed to provide space for events, exhibitions, and art led by civil society. For this reason, the zone will be open to the public with the primary goal, as declared by the CBD, to "bring COP to the citizens." This space will serve as a call to action, where businesses, organizations, and civil society share their vision, results, and commitment to protecting biodiversity, expecting to engage over 150 million visitors, including international delegates and observers at COP16.
