Sindy Leveron

Sindy is a senior research associate of the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, she currently leads the local technical team for the implementation of the government data platform "Agua de Honduras", she was also linked to the implementation of the tool of early warnings of loss of coverage Terra-i Honduras.

She studied forest engineering at the National University of Forestry Sciences (UNACIFOR), currently completing a Master's degree in Geographic Information Sciences certified by the University of Salzburg, Austria.

As a result of her academic education and work experience, they have allowed her to acquire a lot of experience in issues of integrated management of hydrographic basins linked to water planning, forest monitoring, spatial analysis, data management and geographic information systems, among others.
