Sebastian Sanchez Rincon

Sebastian Sanchez Rincon is a biologist and master in sustainable development with an emphasis on food sovereignty, with experience in designing and implementing biotechnological solutions for the valorisation of agro-food sector waste and the generation of value-added byproducts.

I have worked on projects that integrate circular economy as a strategic axis, addressing political, social, environmental, and economic challenges in various productive sectors. I have experience in executing international acceleration programs and strengthening business models based on the circular economy, as well as implementing innovative biotechnologies, such as the use of black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens). Currently, I focus on implementing projects that promote capacity building in circular economy and sustainability in national production chains.
