Having joined the Alliance in 1990, he has gained extensive experience in tissue culture techniques, cryopreservation, and technology transfer to small-scale producers. Through Bio-Aprendiz, he has led initiatives to build relationships with both urban and rural educational institutions, advocating for the integration of biotechnology into classrooms to promote active and contextualized learning.
