Noël Templer
Noel Templer is a development systems specialist working on the nexus of food, seed, and market systems in a changing climate. In his work and practice, he prioritizes inclusive approaches to sustainability and resilience for smallholders, development programs, and businesses. He specializes in seed systems strengthening, climate change adaptation through technology scaling, policy advocacy, agroecology, regenerative and climate-smart agriculture, and resilient livelihoods programming. His research interests are in resilience in and strengthening of seed systems, low-cost CSA technology scaling pathways and system transitions through behaviour change.
