I am an experienced socio-economics researcher, lecturer & assistant professor, development advisor with a demonstrated history of working in Research Institute, Higer learning Institutions (Universities), in the international trade and development industry. Skilled in Rural Development, Social Capital, Sustainable development, Food Security, Common Pool Resource Governance, Policy Analysis, Gender analysis and mainstreaming.

Strong community and social services professional with a Master of Science Degree focused on Rural Development from Haramaya University, Ethiopia and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) focused on Food Business & Development from University College Cork, Republic of Ireland.

I have been involved with the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT since January 2023. My work here involves, coordinating systemic review, inventory, data sets, and evidence mapping of socio-technical bundles in SSA; co-design bundling toolkits with internal and external partners; co-design tailored interventions toward integrating the socio-technological bundling women, youth and minority populations.
