The Alliance is collaborating with Save the Children to support sustainable cocoa value chains in West Africa. In this context, the Alliance leverages Save the Children's expertise in child protection, gender equality and women's empowerment to build a more responsible cocoa sector, creating a positive socio-economic impact for local communities. By working together, the Alliance and Save the Children aim to generate a sustainable impact on cocoa farmers while preserving the environment and biodiversity.
Participation in this day and the discussions that followed are fully in line with the partnership between the Alliance and Save the Children, testifying to a common desire to build inclusive and sustainable solutions for the future of the cocoa sector in West Africa. Fruitful exchanges have also taken place with technical and financial development partners, non-governmental organizations and government institutions, strengthening the collective momentum around these common goals.
