Landscapes as sources of traditional, culturally-acceptable and nutritious food

Bioversity International Nutrition Programme Specialist Teresa Borelli and Senior Scientist Danny Hunter discuss diverse landscapes and nutrition on the Landscapes for People, Food and Nature blog.

On the Landscapes for Blog for People, Food and Nature, two Bioversity International scientists, Senior Scientist Danny Hunter and Programme Specialist Teresa Borelli highlight several examples of landscapes that serve people as good sources for food and livelihoods.

The examples come from the book Diversifying Food and Diets, which they co-edited with Jessica Fanzo and Federico Mattei, published as part of the 'Issues in Agricultural Biodiversity' series, published by Earthscan/Routledge in association with Bioversity International – all available free to download from the Bioversity International website.
