Teresa B. Mastrangelo is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Teresa comes to coaching with more than 30 years of experience in the international development assistance sector, serving bilateral and multilateral donors in the US, Europe, and Australia. She served as Managing Director of Business Development and as President of Cardno Emerging Markets USA. Teresa worked at Deloitte for 17 years, before purchasing the practice with her management team peers, operating as an independent firm and then selling to Cardno.
