Tam Thi Le
Tam Thi Le received her MSc in Sustainable Tropical Forestry, specializing in agroforestry - a jointed MSc program offered by a consortium of Bangor University, the UK and Technical University of Dresden, Germany (2013-2016).
Since then, she has led several projects on climate change adaptation (e.g., ecosystem-based adaptation, climate-smart agriculture, natural-based solution, and agro-climate information services) at World Agroforestry (ICRAF) in Vietnam (2016-2022). Since May 2022, she continues her research activities as a Senior Research Associate/project country coordinator at the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
She is interested in research related to climate change adaptation practices and how climate services contribute to reduce agricultural loss and damage. She enjoys working with local farmers and aims to integrate the good research results and approaches (with gender and social inclusion) into the partners’ programs and policies, contributing to help farmers improve their livelihoods in the context of climate change.
