Oganive Chingakule

I currently work with youth and women through the Business Acceleration for Youth project to build their resilience though entrepreneurship. The aim is to have sustainable enterprises that have greener business models and want to incorporate green technologies in the value chain. The understanding is that they can have greener businesses, more efficient technologies and practices and be profitable within their communities with the right assistance.

The work also looks at the markets they want to target and the way in which they can create at least a job within the communities that they live in. Creating a system that allows them to create demand through economic empowerment.

I have worked in enterprise development for over 12 years dealing with cooperatives, large scale enterprises, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups in Malawi and regionally. I have always worked to strengthen and scale businesses tailored to their needs.
