Nicanor Odongo - Alliance Bioversity International - CIAT

Nicanor Odongo is a PhD research fellow at the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT within the Food Environment and Consumer Behavior lever. He has a Master of Science Degree in Food Safety and Quality and a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, and Technology. His research interest is on the nexus between food safety and nutrition and how this can be used to influence polices for improving food environments within local communities for improved health outcome.
