Johana Marcela Castillo Rivera

Johana has been a Research Associate at the Alliance 2022, and is based in Colombia. She is an economist and specialist in government and public policy. Her work has focused on supporting and managing the development of analytical tools that contribute to the rapid response to crises by facilitating decision making of the different key actors in Colombia, as well as the implementation of sound strategies with greater coherence and capacity for adequate decision making in public policy. Another of my lines of research is to understand the different determinants of the food system in Colombia and to map the capacities offered by environmental services on demand and supply of climatic and environmental information in the Peruvian and Colombian Amazon.
