Hana Gajdosova
Hana Gajdosova is a team leader and programme manager with extensive experience in international development, agricultural research, and business innovation. Based in Tanzania, she leads multi-disciplinary teams and manages initiatives developing transformative AI-driven phenotyping technologies built for agriculture in the Global South. Her current work advances decentralised data collection by equipping tech-savvy youth with digital phenotyping tools and meaningful earning opportunities. This approach reduces costs, ensures high-quality data from thousands of farms, and creates pathways for the next generation in agriculture.
Previously, Hana co-founded a pioneering Tanzanian agribusiness, introducing apple farming to thousands of farmers. She holds an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics.
