Bailey Rowland

Bailey Rowland is the Program Manager and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer for the Agroecological Transitions (Digital Tools) project. In this role, she plans and tracks progress against targets and indicators, documents impacts, and supports project learning.

Bailey has experience in program administration, non-profit finance and accounting, and database and information systems management. Bailey is also the Program Specialist at the University of Vermont’s Gund Institute for Environment. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Burlington, Vermont in the United States.
