I am a scientist passionate about plant breeding and the biodiversity of our resources. I have been involved with Alliance since 2013. My work here is related to breeding in common beans under different stresses (biotics, abiotic) and, quality traits. Developing new varieties more nutritious, climate-resilient, and high-yielding is the challenge. I have a passion for being in the field, following the small and wonderful changes that plants show us.
