Press and News IPBES puts biodiversity and pollination front and centre

Modelled after the Nobel prize-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) aims to be the go-to source for global assessments on biodiversity and the ecosystem services it provides.
In its recently released four-year work plan, pollination and land degradation are two of the assessments that will receive first attention from IPBES. Where does agricultural biodiversity fit in? And will IPBES also consider other assessments with an agriculture focus in the future?
