Theory of Change for five learning labs - vegetable and maize-legume cropping systems in Ethiopia and Kenya
A theory of change (ToC) is a strategic framework that outlines causal pathways through which specific initiative outcomes are achieved. It draws a causal analysis based on processes and activities undertaken by an initiative contributing to a chain of results that lead to intended or observed impacts. A comprehensive ToC is driven by analysis of current program implementation, consultation with key stakeholders and learning what works and what does not for the target groups.
