The Alliance operated in 2025 under significant and sustained financial strain. Management decisions, including the adoption of a Financial Resilience Action Plan, were made to protect the organization’s core mandate, maintain operational continuity, and preserve scientific capacity.
The Alliance concluded 2025 with USD 177 million in revenue, compared to USD 188 million implemented. Reserves stood at USD 38 million, or approximately 86 days of coverage.
