Lizette Maritza Diaz Ramirez

Lizette is an industrial engineer (Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, Bogota) and holder of a master's degree in administration (Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Palmira campus), and has been with the Alliance as part of the Food Environment and Consumer Behavior (FECB) research team since 2017.

Throughout her professional career, she has participated in the formulation and implementation of projects that advocate for sustainable rural development, mainly in the small-scale agricultural sector and rural agribusiness.

Some aspects that describe her experience are: participatory design of business models; analysis of value chains for the construction of sectoral competitiveness strategies; organizational capacity building for small farmers' organizations; among others.
