Julian Higuera-Florez

Julian Higuera-Florez is a researcher of the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT and a Climate, Peace and Security specialist at the CGIAR FOCUS Climate Security. He is a historian and anthropologist from the Universidad del Rosario (Colombia) with a MA in Post-War Recovery from the University of York (United Kingdom). He specializes in conflict and peacebuilding analysis through the implementation of qualitative and participatory research methods in post-war scenarios.
