Jill Wilkins

Jill Wilkins brings over 30 years of experience in global economic development, with expertise in strategic communications, policy advocacy and building mission-driven partnerships.  She currently serves as a Trustee on the boards of Bioversity International USA and the Center for Large Landscape Conservation (CLLC).

Jill previously held several senior leadership roles at the World Bank, most recently as Director of Partnerships, External and Corporate Relations.  In that role, she led the Bank’s engagement with civil society, philanthropy, the private sector and other key stakeholders, and oversaw global communications teams and initiatives across all of the Bank’s issue areas including climate, agriculture, gender, education, energy and job creation.

Earlier in her career, Jill advised governments and multinational corporations at a global strategic communications agency and worked on U.S. political campaigns.

Jill holds a master’s degree in international political economy from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brandeis University.
