Daniel Castillo Múnera
Daniel Castillo Múnera is a chemical technologist and chemist who graduated from Universidad del Valle. In August 2024, he joined the Alliance as an intern in the Analytical Services Laboratory, where he gained experience in the basic chemical characterization of soils and tissues. Since February 2025, he has been part of the Carbon Sequestration project, expanding his expertise in determining organic carbon and biological components, as well as quantifying the enzymes β-glucosidase, arylsulfatase, and acid and alkaline phosphatase in rice crops, tropical forages, and crop rotation systems, which are key indicators of soil health.
