Training report for local facilitators in the Fatick department on the terriStories approach as part of the MFL project

This training has two main objectives:
-to develop the capacities of a pool of local facilitators by providing them with TerriStories®
facilitation skills, in line with the specific characteristics of the Fatick area and the priorities of
the MFL project;
-select six local facilitators capable of implementing, leading, and promoting the TerriStories®
approach throughout the regional consultation process planned for 2026 as part of the
revitalization of local agreements
The training took place over nine days, from December 10 to 14, then from December 18 to 23,
2025, in Niakhar, and brought together a group of local actors involved in the region's
agroecological transition.
