Scaling agro-climatic bulletins in Vietnam: Business models for public private partnerships

This report presents four business model pathways for scaling the Agro-Climatic Bulletin (ACB) in Vietnam through public-private partnerships, drawing on the programme's experience, partner consultations and an assessment of the digital advisory landscape. It highlights the ACB's distinct value as a trusted, government-validated advisory service, along with key constraints and opportunities for expanding its reach and financial sustainability beyond public funding. The report aims to guide programme partners and decision-makers at provincial and national levels with an indicative roadmap for sustaining climate-informed advisories for smallholder farmers.
