The Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group to Enhance the Functioning of the Multilateral System, at its thirteenth meeting in April 2025, agreed to reconvene the Standing Group of Legal Experts (SGLE) with the Terms of Reference contained in the report of the meeting. At its fourteenth meeting in July 2025, the Working Group thanked the SGLE for the high-quality of inputs and advice provided, and requested it to provide further advice on a number of additional issues in support of preparations for the
Eleventh Session of the Governing Body.
