Project name: Agroecological Transitions Program: Private Sector Incentives and Investments (PSii) for Climate Change, Resilience
and Environmental Sustainability.

Geographic coverage: Peru, Vietnam, and Ethiopia, focused on cocoa, rice, and wheat/beans value chains respectively.

Project goal: To accelerate agroecological transitions by strengthening enabling incentives, enhancing supply chain transparency through digital innovations, and building institutional capacity for sustainable public-private investment models.

Key Messages:
Across Peru, Vietnam, and Ethiopia, the project demonstrated that agroecological transitions can be accelerated through a combination of innovative incentive mechanisms, transparent digital systems, and strengthened institutional capacities.
By engaging more than 65,000 households, influencing policy processes, mobilizing €1.7 million in co-investment, and developing innovative practical tools for sustainability tracking, the project
has contributed to creating more resilient, inclusive, and environmentally sustainable food systems.
