This is tool to build capacity of gender champions within small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to integrate gender considerations into business operations, supply chains, investment decisions, and community engagement for inclusive and sustainable growth. The tool targets selected individuals within SMEs identified for gender champion roles, SME owners and senior managers committed to gender integration, finance officers/investors working with SMEs and community leaders linked to enterprise development.
