Expert Annotated Policy datasets for AI training

Annotated datasets contains expert labelled entities from different literature, that are then used to finetune AI for policy annotation.
Methodology:The experts annotated pre-selected policy documents following standardized protocols, The annotation contains the following entities: social economic drivers; social economic outcomes; biophysical outcomes; policy and innovations. The annotations are then verified and cross checked to ensure quality. This data is then used to finetune LLM and annotate other policy documents.
