Climate analytics capacity building report: Rwanda adaptation accelerator program

Thirty-one Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) were selected to participate in the Rwanda Adaptation Accelerator Programme (RAAP), a three-month initiative designed to boost their capacity, accelerate ventures, and create positive environmental and social impacts in the agricultural sector. Established by Ireme Invest in partnership with the CGIAR Hub for Sustainable Finance (ImpactSF) and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, RAAP provides SMEs with tailored technical assistance, expert mentoring, workshops, coaching, and funding opportunities. From August to October 2024, the ImpactSF coordinated and delivered capacity-building sessions focused on operationalizing Climate-Smart Agriculture within SMEs' business activities. These masterclasses provided participants with key skills to enhance resilience against climate challenges.
