Maya Terra, Program Officer

Maya, graduated in Philosophy at the University of Brasilia, she has been working since 2000 with educational and socio-environmental projects in civil society organizations. She participated in training activities and courses with great references in Permaculture as Bill Mollison and Agroforestry Systems with Ernst Gotsch. She has extensive experience in environmental management for local organizations and large events. Over the years, she worked as an administrative and financial coordinator in non-governmental organizations where she gained experience in both administrative processes and project management.

Currently, she is a Senior Project Officer for CIFOR-ICRAF in Brazil, also working as an institutional relations assistant.
